Grand Opening Exhibition, Celebrate Franklin, 30 June-15 August: Photographs, sketches and watercolours revealing the wealth of Franklin’s people, land and communities, including images by famous NZ photographers Robin Morrison and David Siers. Created for Franklin District Council by Auckland War Memorial Museum.

Matariki: 6 - 20 June: A special exhibition held throughout FACT's Matariki festival. Local Maori artists exhibited paintings, sculpture, and Maori weaving.
Split Images, 27 June - 16 July: A joint exhibition of 'florascapes' by digital artist Julia Thorne and landscapes by the painter Gaylene Earle.
Steel Shots, 17 - 31 July: A special photographic exhibition and charity auction by Aliah Jan, whcih celebrated the beauty of steel printed on steel.

Solomon D'Silveria, 12 September - 8 October: A rare exhibition by this Awhitu resident, featuring large-scale landscapes.

Jim Ayers, 'My World', 5 December - 23 December: A retrospective exhibition from this local artist, featuring work which dates back to 1940.
