CREATIVE COMMUNITIES SCHEME
EXPERIENCING THE ARTS THROUGH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION The Creative Communities Scheme aims to support projects that provide active participation experiences. Active participation refers to those opportunities where the community is actively involved in the making or doing of an arts activity such as a workshop, exhibition, production or event. Passive engagement is seen as attending or observing the arts as an audience member or viewer.
